Hey, I'm CHELSEA!



I am a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy in the state of Connecticut. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Connecticut and continued my education at Rutgers University, where I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

I am the current founder and owner of “B ON THE MOVE”, a virtual business that provides telehealth services & virtual coaching to individuals all over the world.

 

I have spent the last 10 years gaining experience in my field through schooling and clinical expertise. I specialize in outpatient orthopedics and love to work with runners, weekend warriors, and new moms. 

After extensive coursework, I have received additional certifications in Pelvic Floor Rehab & Trigger Point Dry Needling.

How long will it take me to complete the course?

The beauty of an online course is that you can work at your own pace. You can pause, rewind, or fast-forward as much as you'd like. There is about 75 minutes worth of material in this course (not including the self-assessment screen).


Will I lose access to the course when I complete it?

Nope! This is the best part! You will have access to the course videos for up to 1 YEAR after purchasing. This means you can continue referring back to the videos for months & months to come and as often as you'd like.


After I complete the course, how long should I spend implementing what I learn?

As little as 10 MINUTES PER DAY!


What is the format like?

This course contains over 25 instructional videos guided by Dr. Chelsea Barnes, PT, DPT. Each activity will have a step-by-step demonstration with both verbal & visual cues to ensure proper form.
